TABASCO® Sweet Chili BBQ Popcorn

Since 1868 TABASCO® Pepper Sauce is still made in much the same way on Avery Island, Louisiana. The sauce is made from red tabasco peppers, carefully selected by the McIlhenny family. The peppers are mashed and aged for up to three years in oak barrels. The aged pepper mash is then mixed with high quality vinegar and a small amount of salt. Just three simple ingredients. TABASCO® sauce is the seasoning in many dishes, and is distinguished from other pepper sauces fermented by the intense flavour. TABASCO® sauce is widely used in cocktails, pizzas, pasta, meat, fish, and egg dishes but also combines fantastic with savory snacks such as TABASCO® Sweet Chilli BBQ Popcorn.
